Apart from audio visual material supply which is the fundamental task of every Broadcasters RTBF is also leader of workpackage 1, Standardisation-Concertation-Dissemination, Exploitation and deeply involved in workpackage 5 (Strategies and Structures for distribution and by the way in WP6 (Installation and evaluation of Distribution Channels).

WP1 aims at create links with other European relevant projects regarding Archives by the means of concertation meetings and other communication tolls set up by EC to exchange information in order to cross fertilise projects. The last part of this WP is related to dissemination, to fulfil this requirement RTBF will also present the project to relevant International bodies like EBU, FIAT/IFTA and will make presentation of the project activities or it's progress on selected events.

Regarding WP5 and WP6, RTBF is in charge of the study of B2B distribution channels and structures. This part of the distribution will be dedicated to high quality content distribution represented by huge data file transfer.
