This documentary called 'Televising the coronation:King George VI', shows the OB cameras set up along the route of the coronation procession. The end of the programme shows the coronation procession.

Born in 1895, George VI was the second son of George V. After the abdication of his brother Edward VIII, George VI was proclaimed King in December 1936. On his death in 1952, his eldest daughter Elizabeth succeeded him to the throne.
